Manage MyMachines--進入數字化業(yè)務的敲門磚
西門子針對與源訊合作開發(fā)的“Manage MyMachines”應用程序提供了一個插件：“Manage MyMachines/WorkingOrdering”。通過該插件可將“Manage MyMachines”應用程序與OEM具體的SAP ERP業(yè)務流程相連，“Manage MyMachines”也可以采集計劃內的機床維護以及計劃外的機器停機等信息。“Manage MyMachines/WorkingOrdering”可自動將這些事件與SAP ERP進行同步，將相關任務分配給服務人員。
“Manage MyMachines”能輕松快速地將Sinumerik 840D這樣的機床數控系統(tǒng)與MindSphere相連，為用戶提供來自聯(lián)網機床的信息。該應用程序能采集、分析和顯示相關機床數據，使用戶能清晰地了解機床的當前以及歷史狀況，從而縮短機床停機時間，優(yōu)化服務和維修流程，提高生產力。因此，“Manage MyMachines”為那些希望迅速向市場推出基于云的應用的機床制造商提供了理想選擇。
攜手機床制造商HELLER開發(fā)應用程序“HELLER4Services”
Heller機床技術股份公司在全球擁有2580名員工，致力于開發(fā)和生產切削加工機床。將Heller生產系統(tǒng)與云平臺相連，代表著該公司在工業(yè)4.0進程中邁出了一大步。“HELLER4Services”是“HELLER4Industry”理念的一部分，該理念要求將業(yè)務活動與價值鏈數字化相結合。作為在MindSphere中MindApp的模塊，它涵蓋了數字化服務，可降低機床生命周期中的維護和服務成本。這帶來了一個環(huán)境導向的預防性維護項目，以確保及時預防業(yè)務中斷和代價高昂的停機等狀況。

攜手IT服務提供商源訊開發(fā)MindApp
作為與西門子合作的一部分，源訊針對MindSphere的應用理念和設計提供服務。源訊已經開發(fā)了6款MindApps，其中包括“Manufacturing Sustainability App”和“Production Confirmation App”。源訊利用MindApp將來自生產機床和不同管理系統(tǒng)的數據集成到MindSphere，數據在此進行收集和處理（采用大數據分析形式）。MindSphere用戶因此可獲得關于生產現狀和預期狀態(tài)的滾動信息以及針對具體位置的信息。源訊提供的即插即用型應用程序以及全面的集成、基礎設施和安全服務為打造針對具體客戶的MindSphere應用奠定了基礎。其重點是開發(fā)出使MindSphere客戶能無縫連接至其現有IT系統(tǒng)的即插即用型應用程序。
